The service
Snag sets up and runs a marketing and communication system for your business, including texting, booking, review requests, social posts, and a website, as described on our pricing page.
Billing
The launch price is $197 per month for your first 6 months, then $297 per month. The AI receptionist add-on is $150 per month. There is no setup fee.
You're billed monthly in advance. Fair-use limits may apply to AI receptionist minutes and bulk promotional texts, and we'll tell you before you ever reach one.
Cancellation
There's no contract. Cancel anytime and your service stops at the end of your current billing month.
Your website
We host and maintain your website while you're a customer. If you cancel, you can buy out the website so you keep it. Your domain name stays yours.
Texting rules
You agree to only send promotional messages to people who agreed to receive them, and to honor every opt-out. We register your number with the carriers and include opt-out instructions in every message.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Your content
You own your business content and customer data. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service to you.
Limits
We work hard to keep everything running, but we can't promise the service will never have an interruption. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last month.
